Building a community of faith, making the Kingdom of God happen here and now is the call and responsibility of each and every baptized person. As followers of Christ we are all called to minister to each other and those with whom we come in contact.
Finding priests and religious who will help lead the followers and share their talents in a different way is also the responsibility of each baptized person.
What can you do?

You can PRAY!

You can think of people who may have a vocation to the priesthood or religious life.
- You can say something to the person and plant the seeds.
What qualities to look for in the person:
- Relationship with God, ability to articulate faith, openness to lay ministry
- Openness to women/men/ ethnic diversity, concern for the poor,
- Commitment to the Church’s moral and dogmatic teaching
- Respect for Church life
- Openness to the entire formation program of the seminary/novitiate
